Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and cost management.
• Strong knowledge of menu development and costing.
• Experience with financial reporting and P&L analysis.
• Labor forecasting experience and staffing planning.
• Food service or hospitality management background.
• Certification or licensure in food handling and alcohol service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily food and beverage service operations across the venue.
• Collaborate with sales and culinary teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and adherence to service standards.
• Monitor cost controls, inventory, and vendor relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol policies.
• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports for leadership.
