Qualifications

• Associates degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum three years supervising stand workers, bartenders, or utility staff.
• Certification or licensure in food handling, food safety, and alcohol service desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead event planning, direct setup, design floor plans, and resolve planning gaps.
• Collaborate with sales to maintain client relations and guest satisfaction, address complaints with solutions.
• Work with culinary team to provide well-presented meal options and to cost menus.
• Coordinate with other departments for events and non-event days (Catering, Premium).
• Maintain a master event order book and communicate events to staff in meetings.
