Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Premium Manager at Etihad Park, Queens, NY to drive revenue through sale of premium seating and assets including suites, lounges, and clubs. You will develop and execute strategies for seasonal, multi-year, and single-event rentals, targeting corporate clients and individuals.

The role requires leadership of suite and club operations, staff scheduling, inventory control, adherence to health and safety policies, and collaboration with NYCFC premium sales and Etihad

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in Suite environments.
• Experience managing unionized employees is preferred.
• Working knowledge of inventory and POS systems used in concessions or quick-service operations.
• Understanding of food/beverage operations and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Suite services operation and two Premium Club operations.
• Hire and discipline staff within collective agreement guidelines.
• Develop departmental training and monitor performance.
• Control inventory of pantries and suites/clubs, with monthly reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol policies.
• Schedule staff to meet union requirements and minimize overtime.
• Oversee food preparation coordination and guest service excellence.
• Maintain financial controls and asset management for suites/clubs.
• Engage with NYCFC premium sales team and Etihad Park partners.
