Job summary

Legends Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Premium Manager for Etihad Park in Queens, NY. You will drive revenue by selling premium seating (suites, lounges, clubs) and manage seasonal and multi-year agreements, as well as single events.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Familiarity with unionized environments and experience managing unionized employees.
• Working knowledge of inventory control systems, cost management, menu development and costing, and basic financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of inventory and POS systems used in concessions or quick-service operations.
• Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of cooking or quick food service operations.
• Understanding safe food handling policies and standards; food handler certification is an asset.
• Understanding responsible alcohol service regulations and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Suite services operation and two Premium Club operations (Sideline & Centerline).
• Hire and discipline Suites/Clubs staff within union guidelines.
• Develop departmental training for all positions; monitor and mentor.
• Maintain inventory control of pantries and suites/clubs; monthly reporting.
• Enforce health and safety policies and ensure policy compliance.
• Schedule positions to ensure union compliance and minimize overtime.
• Oversee food expediting from main and suite kitchens.
• Liaise with Kitchen and Warehouse for proper service.
• Provide top-tier guest service and uphold standards.
• Ensure alcohol compliance and enforce rules.
• Manage relationships with NYCFC premium sales team and Etihad Park.
• Control COS, labor, and inventory to meet targets.
• Implement Suite/Club standards and manage assets.
