Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, and performance management of team members.
• Supervise front desk and cleaning staff to provide excellent member service.
• Manage daily club operations, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and full functionality.
• Assist with scheduling, front desk duties, member sign-ups, and tours.
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone philosophy and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies; provide shift coverage as needed.
