Qualifications

Responsibilities

Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing staff.
Maintain welcoming atmosphere and ensure quality customer service.
Assist with staff management and payroll processing.
Schedule and supervise shifts to ensure coverage.
Greet members, answer phones, and sign up new members.
Ensure front desk cleanliness and safety.
Assist in ordering supplies and tracking weekly/monthly statistics.
