Taymax Group, LP, operating Planet Fitness clubs, is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Pittsburgh area. You will assist the Club Manager in daily operations and staff leadership to deliver a welcoming, Judgement Free Zone experience.

The role requires 18+, HS diploma or GED, strong customer service and supervisory skills, and basic MS Office proficiency. The position is on-site with a focus on service and efficiency.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of customer service experience preferred in gym or retail.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn systems quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff.
• Maintain welcoming atmosphere and uphold customer service guidelines.
• Provide backup support to Club Manager; help schedule staff.
• Greet members, check-in, answer phones and assist callers.
• Oversee front desk operations; ensure cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with payroll processing and weekly administrative tasks.
• Support marketing/promotions and track club statistics.
