The Bay Club Company in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an Operations Associate to support a range of operational, hospitality, fitness and facility tasks. You will provide premier member service, maintain club cleanliness, and uphold a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include greeting members, checking them in, processing waivers and guest fees, booking appointments and classes, and sharing information about programming and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests upon arrival to the Club.
• Check members in by verifying their membership.
• Ensure all guests complete a Guest Registration Waiver and pay any applicable Guest fees.
• Book appointments, program, and class reservations for members and guests.
• Provide information regarding Club programming and facilities.
• Deliver exceptional service experience to members, guests, and Associates with a goal of retaining guests for repeat business.
• Represent the club in a professional manner through image, dress, communication, and immediate follow through and response.
• Provide membership sales team with guest/prospect lead contact information.
• Operate cash register and process payments (Reception Desk Oversight).
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Assist with towel operation, laundry functions, and stock replenishment (Pool/Facilities).
• Communicate and follow up; participate in events, meetings and trainings (Communication).
• Flexibility in work schedule, including day/evening shifts, weekends and holidays (Other).
