Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs seeks hospitality-driven managers to provide superior customer service and drive the club’s sales growth. You will oversee all sales operations, including Fitness Advisors and supporting departments, with a focus on prospecting, new member sales, and retention.

The role requires weekend/evening availability, CPR certification, and leadership across departments to achieve revenue goals and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams and achieving membership goals.
• Ability to train and manage staff.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with cash handling and credit card transactions.

Responsibilities

• Seek new memberships to exceed sales goals by phone, outside sales, and retention.
• Report daily with regional team leaders on sales activity.
• Conduct daily sales meetings to discuss performance and objectives with club team.
• Interview, hire, train, plan, assign, and direct staff; evaluate performance.
• Address complaints and resolve problems; respond to member concerns.
• Ensure club meets standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and safety.
• Direct and help manage other departments within the club.
• Attend staff and club meetings and events.
