Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the Managing Partner in daily club operations, including sales success, member satisfaction, and facility cleanliness. You will lead a team of Member Service Representatives, Cleaning Attendants, and Kids Attendants in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

The role requires a track record of managing staff, achieving KPIs, and ensuring a hospitable, no-judgments club culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of fitness and/or customer service-oriented management experience preferred.
• Experience executing objectives quickly and effectively including achieving KPIs required.
• Experience leading and/or supervising employees preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Understanding of labor control, optional staffing levels and controls overtime.
• Ability to maintain high standards at the gym.
• Clear communication skills, demonstrating confidence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing a high performing staff consisting of Member Service Representatives, to maintain proper staffing levels at all times.
• Monitor scorecard performance of the staff to meet or exceed expected KPI standards.
• Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets.
• Manage team member performance standards, with on-going development, training, and coaching.
• Impact member retention by doing Whatever It Takes to deliver the “Wow 10-Member Experience”.
• Assist and support to the Managing Partner in scheduling and labor management, etc.
