Qualifications

• At least one year of hospitality or related service experience.
• Food Safety certification (if applicable).
• Professional, friendly manner and excellent customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and check them in.
• Book appointments and class reservations for members and guests.
• Provide information about Club programming and facilities.
• Maintain club cleanliness and deliver exceptional service.
• Support cash handling and payments as needed.
• Follow safety and health standards across the club.
