Job summary

The Bay Club Company is seeking an Operations Associate to gain experience across hospitality, fitness, facility operations, and member services. You will support daily Club operations, deliver outstanding service, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards while engaging with members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in hospitality, health club operations, fitness, or related services.
• Professional, friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards across club areas including fitness spaces, locker rooms, lobby, pool areas, restrooms, and common areas.
• Greet members and guests, check in, and assist with bookings and program reservations.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process payments; complete opening/closing duties.
• Support Club events, programs, and departmental initiatives; provide operational coverage as needed.
• Provide general supervision of fitness and recovery areas; assist with proper use of equipment.
