Ideal candidates have 1+ years in hospitality or club operations, strong communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in hospitality, health club operations, or related service industries.
• Strong customer service orientation and the ability to communicate clearly.
• CPR/AED certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance throughout the club and common areas.
• Greet members, check-in guests, and assist with member services.
• Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle basic account charges.
• Support multiple departments and assist with events and daily operations.
