Job summary

Planet Fitness in Roswell, NM is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee front desk operations, support the General Manager, and ensure exceptional member services in a fast-paced club.

Responsibilities include multi-tasking, interviewing candidates, monitoring inventory and sales, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and mentoring front desk staff to deliver the Planet Fitness experience.

Evening and weekend availability is required; a solid benefits package is included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Six months of supervisor or manager experience in a high-volume environment.
• Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive club metrics in line with business performance.
• Oversee front desk operations and guest services.
• Assist in interviewing and recruitment for front desk and instructors.
• Monitor inventory and sales numbers with GM to improve performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure company standards; lead by example.
• Mentor front-end staff and coordinate shifts when needed.
