Job summary

Invited is seeking a Membership Coordinator to bolster our membership team, assist in recruiting new members, manage the membership database, and support onboarding and engagement initiatives across our clubs.

You will work under the Membership Director and Manager, coordinating tours, events, and outreach while delivering top-notch service to current and prospective members. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, sales, hospitality, or related field.
• Familiarity with golf or private club industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support membership recruitment and outreach to drive engagement.
• Assist in planning club events and welcoming members.
• Coordinate member onboarding and orientations.
• Maintain accurate membership records and databases.
• Prepare reports, schedule meetings, and assist leadership.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships.
