Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to provide world-class service, act as the CLUB product expert, and guide guests through CLUB membership benefits. The role includes account servicing, acquiring and activating new members, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will demonstrate products, answer questions, process applications and payments, and deliver the full CLUB Member experience while supporting store priorities and reporting outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience: 0 to 2 Years of Experience
• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership benefits.
• Explain CLUB programs and activate new members.
• Demonstrate products and keep CLUB inventory accurate.
• Process payments and CLUB applications.
• Provide daily feedback and reports to store leadership.
• Support other store areas as needed.
