This role emphasizes accuracy, peer coaching, and adherence to CLUB procedures, with a focus on store metrics and customer satisfaction. A high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in customer service are expected.

• Willingness to stand and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and present the opportunity to become a Bass Pro Shops CLUB Member.
• Serve as CLUB product expert and process memberships and applications.
• Answer account questions and provide the full CLUB Member experience.
• Support CLUB operations, training, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide daily feedback and reports as needed and coach peers.
