Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB Membership benefits. You will act as a product expert, assist with account servicing, member activation, CLUB sales, and compliance while creating an engaging shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in customer service, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and organization, and initiative.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
Excellent organization and attention to detail are essential.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures and work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and promote CLUB Membership opportunities and provide exclusive experiences to current members.
Demonstrate products and explain benefits of the CLUB program.
Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs and assist with member activation and applications.
Process payments and answer account questions within the CLUB system.
Provide feedback and reports on CLUB activities and coach peers as needed.
Serve in multiple store areas as required by business needs.
