Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter in Spring, TX to deliver world-class guest service and promote CLUB Membership benefits. You will be the CLUB product expert, handling activations, sales, and compliant processes while guiding customers through account services.

The role emphasizes accurate CLUB inventory, assisting with payments and applications, and delivering a superior CLUB experience across store areas. Part-time position with employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service to guests on the sales floor.
• Present CLUB membership and benefits to customers and assist with activations and applications.
• Process payments, answer account questions, and manage CLUB applications.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Provide peer coaching and support as a CLUB advocate and representative.
