Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to provide world-class customer service and promote CLUB membership benefits. The role involves greeting guests, presenting CLUB opportunities, processing memberships, and maintaining an organized CLUB Booth while supporting multiple store duties.

The Outfitter will become a product expert, handle customer inquiries, and ensure compliance with CLUB processes. A high school diploma or equivalent and 0–2 years in customer service are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
• Explain CLUB membership benefits and assist with applications.
• Process payments and handle CLUB member accounts.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and cleanliness.
• Provide feedback and reports as needed.
• Support store tasks as needed.
