Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Outfitter to deliver world-class customer service and promote CLUB membership benefits. The role includes becoming the product expert, processing applications, and supporting CLUB operations across the store.

The Outfitter will help meet store metrics, maintain the CLUB Booth, and provide a full member experience including payments and account questions, while remaining compliant with CLUB policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and capable of working unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's CLUB Member benefits.
• Explain CLUB membership benefits and acquire/activate new members.
• Process payments and handle CLUB applications.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and keep booth organized.
• Provide peer coaching and support for CLUB processes.
