This part-time position supports store goals, keeps the CLUB Booth organized, and provides coaching to teammates. It emphasizes member experience across sales and service touchpoints.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership opportunities.
• Explain CLUB benefits and assist with account questions.
• Process CLUB applications and payments, and activate new members.
• Maintain accuracy of CLUB inventory and keep the CLUB Booth organized.
• Provide daily feedback and reports to leadership.
• Support other store duties as needed.
