Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB membership. You will be the product expert, assisting with account servicing, member applications, and CLUB sales.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, CLUB operations, inventory accuracy, and providing a full MEMBER experience, including payments, inquiries, and reporting. Part-time, on-site in Minnesota.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and create a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and promote Bass Pro CLUB membership or assist current members with personalized service.
• Execute CLUB operations and compliance programs; process payments, accounts questions, and applications.
• Maintain CLUB inventory accuracy and a clean, organized CLUB Booth.
• Provide peer coaching and act as CLUB advocate across the store.
