Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world‑class service and promote CLUB Membership. You will be the product expert, help guests with CLUB enrollment, and process applications while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will greet customers, demonstrate CLUB benefits, maintain booth and inventory, and support store metrics. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and adapt to store needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Ability to work in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and promote CLUB membership.
• Provide CLUB product expertise and service.
• Process payments and CLUB applications.
• Maintain CLUB Booth inventory and cleanliness.
• Meet store metric goals and provide feedback.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
