Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world-class service and promote CLUB membership. You will act as a product expert, process CLUB applications, and ensure a seamless member experience across the store floor.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, demonstrating products, answering questions, and reporting feedback promptly. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to CLUB procedures in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and present CLUB membership options.
• Process payments and CLUB applications, and answer account questions.
• Demonstrate products and maintain CLUB booth organization and inventory.
• Provide the full CLUB Member experience and resolve routine inquiries.
• Provide daily feedback and report in a timely, accurate manner.
• Support other store areas as needed and coach peers as a CLUB advocate.
