Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Customer Service Outfitter to deliver world class service while promoting the CLUB membership. You will act as a product expert, process applications, and support CLUB operations across the store.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, readiness to meet sales metrics, and collaboration with teammates to provide a complete CLUB Member experience. Flexible, part-time scheduling may apply in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and create a pleasant shopping experience.
• Greet customers and present CLUB membership opportunities.
• Serve as CLUB product expert and process membership applications.
• Maintain accurate CLUB inventory and keep the booth clean.
• Provide daily feedback and reports.
• Coach peers and advocate for the CLUB program.
