Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Membership Manager to lead CLUB customer experience, oversee the CLUB credit program, and coach store leadership. The role drives engagement, training, and on-going events to maintain a high-energy CLUB culture.

The position requires a strong background in sales leadership, customer service, and collaboration with the leadership team, with focus on delivering CLUB value store-wide.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 to 4+ years in Sales, Management, or Leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding CLUB Customer Service Experience and promote CLUB benefits.
• Act as CLUB liaison to educate store leadership and outfitters on CLUB promotions.
• Lead and train Outfitters through CLUB 101 onboarding and coaching.
• Develop CLUB recognition and engagement initiatives to foster CLUB culture.
• Ensure compliance with CLUB metrics and reporting with corrective actions.
