Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Membership Manager to lead the CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience across the store. This salaried leadership role will drive awareness and adoption of CLUB benefits while guiding the sales team and Outfitters through coaching and demonstrations.

The position emphasizes training, partner collaboration, and community events to strengthen CLUB engagement and store performance. A strong customer service mindset and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 to 4+ years of sales, management, or leadership experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and coach team members.
• Strong understanding of customer service standards.
• Ability to analyze metrics and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the Bass Pro Shops CLUB credit program and CLUB customer experience culture in-store.
• Lead, train, and coach Outfitters and store leadership to deliver CLUB experiences.
• Coordinate and support CLUB events and promotions in-store and off-site.
• Collaborate with store leadership to align CLUB initiatives with overall store goals.
