Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a CLUB Membership Manager to lead the CLUB credit program and customer experience culture across our store. You will guide and train Outfitters, collaborate with the General Manager, and drive CLUB performance during Manager on Duty shifts in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will promote CLUB promotions, mentor staff, and develop strategies to improve loyalty program engagement while maintaining compliance and outstanding service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4+ years of sales, management, or leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CLUB customer experience and loyalty initiatives in-store.
• Coach and train Outfitters and store leadership; onboard CLUB program staff.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve CLUB metrics and store performance.
• Ensure compliance with CLUB programs and inventory processes.
