Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers proactively and present the CLUB Membership option or provide an exclusive experience for current members.
• Execute CLUB operational and compliance programs and demonstrate products to customers.
• Support inventory accuracy and keep the CLUB Booth clean and organized.
• Process memberships, payments, and CLUB applications; provide timely feedback and reports.
• Provide peer coaching and act as a CLUB advocate and representative across store areas.
