Baseline Fitness in Denver, CO is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and deliver a top-notch member experience while ensuring financial success.

You will recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff, manage front desk duties, and maintain a positive club image. This full-time supervisory role reports to the District Manager and requires strong leadership and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic required.
• Minimum 1 year of managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills required.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Manage front desk tasks: greetings, tours, issue handling.
• Support club members and staff as needed.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach staff to meet company standards.
• Ensure opening/closing of the gym is timely.
• Train staff on current marketing promotions.
• Complete onboarding portions in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
