The role requires 18+ years old, strong leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to Planet Fitness values. Full‑time schedule with flexing hours, including potential nights and weekends, is common.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a passion for helping others and commitment to excellent service.
• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Suite).
• CPR Certification preferred.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee gym operations to ensure a welcoming member experience.
• Lead and develop a team of employees with ongoing training.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals for the club and region.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff; manage schedules and payroll.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting facility and respond to member requests.
• Coordinate marketing promotions and track performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
