Job summary

Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and drive a positive member experience while ensuring financial success. The role leads staffing, training, and frontline customer service, with a focus on opening/closing the club and maintaining promotions.

You will coach staff, maintain brand image, and manage inventory and supplies to support daily club operations.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure quality customer experiences.
• Handle front desk tasks including greeting, tours and service questions.
• Support both team members and club members.
• Maintain a positive image for the club.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Ensure timely opening and closing of the gym.
• Ensure staff are aware of and trained on current promotions.
• Complete onboarding in Paycom for new hires.
• Ensure club is open and staffed during all hours.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
