Planet Fitness – PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience while driving the club's financial performance.

You will recruit, train, schedule and supervise staff, manage front desk activities, coach performance, and ensure open/close procedures and brand standards are adhered to. The role requires leadership, teamwork and a commitment to exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum managerial experience with strong customer service emphasis.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train, schedule and supervise staff.
• Proficient with basic computer tasks and systems.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.
• Oversee member service to ensure a great customer experience.
• Handle front desk duties including tours and service issues.
• Support staff and club members and uphold brand image.
• Coach and counsel performance to meet company standards.
• Open/close the gym and ensure hours are covered.
• Train staff on promotions and onboarding in Paycom.
• Order supplies and track inventory.
