Role Overview

The Club Manager is responsible for collaborating with leadership to plan, lead, and coordinate club operations. This role involves effectively leading golf operations, outside service, and food & beverage teams to provide and promote an exceptional golf experience. Ideal candidates should have previous experience in food & beverage or golf operations, supervisory skills, a customer service attitude, and strong attention to detail in planning and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Recruit, develop, lead, and retain talented staff.
  2. Meet financial targets and follow proper accounting procedures.
  3. Implement controls to accurately track revenues, payroll, inventories, and expenses.
  4. Ensure staff provides excellent guest service; review feedback and take appropriate actions.
  5. Assist with marketing initiatives, including social media coordination and creating promotional materials.
  6. Work with the Regional Vice President on operational and financial planning.
  7. Oversee club programs like golf cart rental and handicap programs.
  8. Manage retail and merchandising, including inventory display, inventory counts, and cost reports.
  9. Administer golf systems, including reservation system maintenance and website green fee accuracy.
  10. Maintain communication across departments regarding programs and events.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in golf operations or Food & Beverage roles.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
  4. Experience supervising teams.
