Your Role

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team in the club sports space, focusing on revenue growth in the youth football and club basketball markets. Your goal will be to acquire new customers and work with existing ones to ensure strong engagement, leading to expansion opportunities and high retention rates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Acquiring new customers: Manage an assigned territory and own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  2. Engaging current users: Conduct check-in calls, provide educational materials, and answer questions to ensure high renewal and engagement rates.
  3. Expansion focus: Maximize deal value by promoting the best Hudl products and packages for your clients.
  4. Selling the value of Hudl: Communicate continuously with users to ensure they maximize their product use and identify opportunities for additional products or services.
  5. Focusing on numbers: Prioritize high renewal and engagement rates and low cancellation rates.

This role requires three days in the office each week, so candidates must live within commuting distance of Lincoln, NE.

  • Great communication skills: Comfortable speaking over the phone and via web demos to achieve sales goals.
  • People skills: Willing to handle tough conversations and go the extra mile for customers.
  • Product knowledge: Deep understanding of our products and how to leverage them to meet sales objectives.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in SaaS sales: Prior experience selling software-as-a-service is a plus.
  • Goal-oriented: Self-motivated with a desire to exceed expectations.

Compensation

The salary range and OTE are as follows:

  • Base Salary: $42,000 - $56,000 USD
  • On-Target Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000 USD

Final compensation depends on experience and performance against quotas.
