Club Studio is comprised of five innovative boutique fitness studios that were carefully curated to create a unique member experience, along with plenty of free weights, strength and cardio areas, Olympic size swimming pool, functional and personal training area, full-size basketball court, locker rooms, and babysitting services. This is where your unlimited boutique studio classes and your state-of-the-art gym have collided. Fitness in a class of its own.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Find, hire, and train a talented team that is fitness-minded and understands customer service.
  2. Set daily goals for yourself and your team to surpass company expectations.
  3. Manage the Front Desk, Studio team, Recovery lab, and Janitorial departments.
  4. Arrange and manage staff scheduling.
  5. Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by collaborating with managers and team members.
  6. Learn the art of selling fitness and multiple modalities and studio classes.
  7. Ensure your team can communicate studio concepts effectively.
  8. Participate in community outreach and assist the studio director in planning in-studio events.
  9. Conduct daily 15-minute morning meetings with the Sales Manager, Studio Director, and Personal Training Manager to discuss outstanding items and plan strategies.
  10. Generate new clients and motivate the team to do the same.
  11. Create a positive, safe, and team-oriented environment.
  12. Take responsibility for all club needs and assist as necessary.
  13. Understand and respect management principles—attaining goals through voluntary cooperation and effort.
  14. Continue to develop management skills and knowledge.
  15. Be timely, well-dressed, and prepared for work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience and passion in the fitness industry.
  • Work a minimum of 40 hours/week, 5 days, including weekends.
  • Experience motivating a team.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Passionate about growing a career in fitness and health with Club Studio.
