Overview

The Club Manager is responsible for collaborating with leadership to plan, lead, and coordinate club operations. This role involves effectively leading the golf operations, outside service, and food & beverage teams to provide an exceptional golf experience. The ideal candidate should have experience in a food & beverage or golf operations role, supervisory skills, a customer service attitude, and strong attention to detail in planning and organizational skills.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Responsible for selecting, developing, leading, and retaining talented staff.
  • Ensure financial targets are met and proper accounting procedures are followed.
  • Implement controls to accurately track revenues, payroll, inventories, and expenses.
  • Ensure staff provides excellent guest service; review guest and member feedback and act accordingly.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including managing social media and creating promotional materials as directed.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Vice President to develop and execute operational and financial plans.
  • Oversee club programs such as golf cart rentals and handicap services.
  • Manage retail and merchandising, including inventory display, inventory counts, and cost reports.
  • Administer golf reservation systems and ensure green fee accuracy online and through other sources.
  • Maintain communication across departments regarding programs and events.
Qualifications
  • Experience in golf operations or Food & Beverage roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Experience supervising and leading teams.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
