Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Oxnard, California is seeking a Gym Manager to oversee daily gym operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will recruit, hire, train and schedule staff; supervise front desk service; resolve member issues; manage onboarding in Paycom; and maintain inventory and club standards.

This role requires leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• Honesty and good work ethic.
• At least 1 year of equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong customer service, communication, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Standing/walking 75% of shift; talking 75% of shift.

Responsibilities
