Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Janitor/Maintenance Attendant to keep all interior spaces pristine and safe, assist with basic building upkeep, and support daily club operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning locker rooms, restrooms, studios and common areas; monitoring for safety hazards; replenishing supplies; and cooperating with management to meet cleanliness standards. On-site position with standard hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable with a consistent work schedule.
• Any certifications required by state/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of interior club areas including fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, studios, and common areas.
• Keep immediate exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks per schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards for a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate concerns as needed.
• Monitor facility for safety hazards and maintenance issues, report findings promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and storage areas in a safe, organized manner.
• Support club operations and special projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude with members and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety standards, and guidelines.
• Fulfill additional duties as assigned.
