Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Janitor/Maintenance Attendant to keep the club clean and welcoming. You will support safety, sanitation, and basic maintenance while assisting members and staff with a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities include interior and exterior cleaning, adherence to schedules, and reporting hazards. Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work a consistent schedule in a gym environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable with a consistent work schedule.
• Any certifications required by state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of interior club areas.
• Keep entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds clean and presentable.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks per schedules set by management.
• Follow cleaning protocols to promote a healthy environment for members and staff.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate concerns when needed.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance issues to Club Leadership.
