Fitness Ventures LLC seeks a Janitor / Maintenance Attendant to keep the club clean, safe, and welcoming for members and staff. You will work with club leadership to meet high cleanliness and sanitation standards and assist with maintenance needs to ensure an outstanding member experience.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to facility operations, with a focus on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• Reliable and dependable with a consistent work schedule.
• Certifications required by applicable state or local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all interior areas of the club, including fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, studios, and common areas.
• Ensure the immediate exterior of the facility, including entrances, walkways, and surrounding grounds, remains clean, safe, and presentable.
• Complete all cleaning and sanitation tasks according to daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests with requests in a courteous and professional manner, escalating concerns when appropriate.
• Monitor the facility for safety hazards and maintenance issues, reporting findings promptly.
• Maintain cleaning supplies, equipment, and storage areas in a safe, organized manner.
• Support club operations and special projects as assigned by management.
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude with members and staff.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
