Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Janitor/Maintenance Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment for members and staff. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to operational excellence.

The incumbent will perform interior and exterior cleaning, follow established schedules, and assist with routine maintenance tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, with previous janitorial or facility experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations preferred.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and organization of interior areas including fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, studios, and common areas.
• Ensure the exterior of the facility remains clean, safe, and presentable.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks per daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate concerns to management when needed.
• Monitor for safety hazards and maintenance issues and report promptly.
• Keep cleaning supplies and equipment organized and stored safely.
• Support club operations and special projects as assigned.
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude with members and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
