Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Janitor / Maintenance Attendant to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming club environment for members and staff. You will be responsible for cleaning interior areas and ensuring the exterior remains neat and presentable.

Responsibilities include daily sanitation, reporting maintenance needs, assisting guests, and supporting club operations while upholding safety standards and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of interior club areas including fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, studios and common areas.
• Ensure exterior of the facility remains clean and presentable.
• Complete cleaning and sanitation tasks per daily, weekly, and monthly schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously and escalate issues when needed.
• Report safety hazards and maintenance concerns to leadership.
• Maintain supplies and storage areas in a safe, organized manner.
• Support operations and special projects as assigned.
