Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Janitor / Maintenance Attendant to keep the club clean, safe, and welcoming for members and staff. You will work closely with club leadership to maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.

The role emphasizes reliability, attention to detail, and a positive team attitude, with responsibilities spanning interior spaces, entrances, and routine cleaning.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, maintenance, or facility operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and organization of all interior areas (fitness spaces, locker rooms, restrooms, studios, common areas).
• Keep exterior areas clean, safe, and presentable (entrances, walkways, grounds).
• Complete cleaning tasks per daily, weekly, monthly schedules set by management.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously, escalating to management when needed.
• Monitor facility for safety hazards and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and storage areas safely and efficiently.
• Support club operations and special projects as assigned by management.
