Job summary

Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Janitor/Maintenance Attendant to keep our club clean, safe, and welcoming for members and staff. You will work closely with Club Leadership to meet high standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation while identifying facility maintenance needs.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to operational excellence, with the ability to follow schedules and assist members with courtesy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior janitorial, custodial, maintenance, or facility operations experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and safely follow cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of interior areas including gyms, locker rooms, studios, and common areas.
• Ensure exterior areas remain clean, safe, and presentable.
• Complete cleaning tasks following daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Follow cleaning protocols and sanitation standards to promote a healthy environment.
• Assist members and guests courteously and professionally; escalate issues to management when needed.
• Monitor for safety hazards and report maintenance issues to Club Leadership.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, keeping storage organized and safe.
• Support club operations and special projects as required.
• Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude when interacting with members and staff.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, safety standards, and handbook guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
