Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a determined AMIT to lead club departments, develop talent, and ensure daily operations meet GOLD and GOLD standards. The role requires coordinating with the Club Manager, driving performance, and maintaining high member satisfaction across assigned areas.

The AMIT will guide audit compliance, onboarding, and training, ensuring food safety and operational excellence while serving as Manager on Duty as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in retail store, supermarket, or warehouse ops management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving results.
• Strong knowledge of safety, sanitation, and operations best practices.
• Forklift operation and ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead department leaders across Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling to meet budget targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards.
• Drive sales, inventory control and shrink management.
• Maintain club standards and provide a premium member experience.
