Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store or warehouse operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
• Ability to lead large teams and drive results while maintaining safety standards.
• Forklift operation and ServSafe certification required or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership across assigned areas to meet club goals.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members for assigned departments.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling aligned with sales trends and budgets.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and shrink reduction through disciplined execution.
• Champion member experience standards and ensure compliance with safety policies.
• Utilize BJ's MY WORK system for daily tasks and club operations.
• Maintain regular attendance and support transitions and special initiatives.
