Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a proactive Assistant Club Manager in Training to lead departments, develop talent, and drive exceptional member experiences. This role requires strong leadership, people skills, and a commitment to safety and operational excellence.

You will work closely with the Club Manager to ensure GOLD standards, manage labor and training, and support cross-functional initiatives across Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in retail or similar operations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate large teams.
• Commitment to customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily club operations across assigned departments.
