BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a high-impact leader to oversee daily club operations across key departments. You will manage staffing, training, and performance to ensure premium member service and Gold standards.

The role involves strategic decision-making and cross-functional collaboration with Club Manager and regional leaders. The ideal candidate brings extensive retail operations experience, ServSafe certification, forklift capability, and a track record of driving throughput and member

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in retail store/warehouse operations management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability for large teams.
• Experience driving labor planning, inventory control, and KPI performance.
• Forklift operation and ServSafe certification required or pursued.
• Open shift availability; ServSafe certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic department leadership across Merchandising, Perishables, or Member Experience.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard team members; maintain coverage and performance.
• Oversee labor planning and scheduling; ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Drive sales, inventory control, and profitability through effective execution.
